Purchasing Policy:
Y-C Nurseries, Inc. is a wholesale nursery and provides products to commercial entities who then re-sale or utilize the product for commercial purposes only. We may request you to provide a copy of your Nursery/Floral Certificate, landscape license and tax number upon setting up an account.

Hours:
Peak Hours: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 5pm Saturday 7am - 12pm
Non Peak Hours: Subject to change

Terms:
All sales are cash or credit card unless credit has been previously arranged. Overdue accounts are subject to a 1.5% carrying charge per month until the account is paid including the finance charges.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Returns must be approved in advance by a manager. 15% re-stocking fee on all returns. Store credit for returns only - no cash back.

Custom orders are available. Check with the sales department.

Warranty:
Plant material is a living organism, dependent upon specific care and treatment. Y-C is committed to such care. Y-C's responsibility for the condition of the plant material ceases upon acceptance.

Deliveries:
There is a $20.00 charge per delivery.

Minimum order for delivery:
     Dallas / Denton County – 35 flats
     Tarrant County – 50 flats

Out of town deliveries may be arranged with the Y C sales department.

The Customer is responsible for getting assistance in the unloading of plant material and hard goods.

If driver is required to move vehicle past curbside and onto property to arrive at requested unloading location, Y-C will not be responsible for any damage incurred while doing so.
